Dan Wheeler is the managing partner of Wheeler Associates and lead attorney in Certificate of Need matters. Since 2013 Dan has been involved in the writing of over 200 successful CON applications for hospitals, nursing homes, surgical centers, radiation oncology centers and CT, MRI and PET scanners. His experience will guide you through the regulatory maze and help you stay in good standing with the State of Michigan. As liaison to the state CON Commission, he will also keep you current on future CON requirements. If you are developing a project that needs CON approval Dan can identify regulatory strategies and opportunities to turn your project into reality.
